FROM YORK/ELIOT/S. BERWICK:  Take Rte 91 to the end, turn RIGHT onto rte 236 N. After one mile, turn LEFT onto Rte 4 West, going 4 miles, through 2 blinking lights to the stoplight at the top of the hill across from Mr. Mike’s.  Turn RIGHT there onto Connector Ave, go through one light; after ½ mile to turn RIGHT onto Central Ave at the Rite Aid.  Go through the light at WD Hospital, go ½ mile further to the next light and turn RIGHT.  Turn LEFT once in the parking lot; we are in front of the Hannaford’s, next to the Papa Gino’s, in the Herbal Path Building. 

FROM SANFORD/WELLS/KENNEBUNKS/BERWICK:  Take Rte 9 West to the intersection of Rte 108.  At the Four Corners light, turn LEFT onto Central Ave toward downtown Dover.  Go through 3 more lights and turn LEFT at the 4th light.  Turn LEFT once in the parking lot; we are in front of Hannaford’s, next to Papa Gino’s in the Herbal Path Building.

FROM PORTSMOUTH and points SOUTH:  Take Rte 16, take Exit 9 to the Four Corners intersection, turn RIGHT onto Central Ave heading south.  Go through more 3 lights; and turn LEFT at the 4th light. Turn LEFT once in the parking lot; we are in front of Hannaford’s, next to Papa Gino’s in the Herbal Path Building.

FROM ROCHESTER and points NORTH:  Take Rte 16 South; take Exit 9 to the Four Corners major intersection.  Follow the directions from Portsmouth from there.

Ample parking. First floor easy wheelchair/walker access.
